2004-2011 worked in stock market being CEO deputy responsible for judicial questions, risk management and company development in Central Moscow Depositary and Computershare Registrar – biggest shareholders registrars in Russia.
2011-2014 – was chairman assistant in Group for creating international financial center – core of the Presidential Council for the Financial Market Development.
2014-2016 – corporate secretary of “United rocket and space corporation”

1997 – with Honors graduated judicial faculty of Moscow state university.
2004 – defended his thesis "The ratio of rehabilitation and liquidation procedures in bankruptcy cases” for the title Candidate of Judicial science.
The decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 18.06.2001, No. 713 rated skill category: state Advisor of the Russian Federation 3rd class.
By the order of the Supreme arbitration court of the Russian Federation of 2002. set the rank - (state) adviser of justice of 1st class.
Started professional career in the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation.
1997-1998 – the chief of methodical Department of the Federal service of Russia for financial recovery and bankruptcy. Participated in the development of bankruptcy legislation and the elaboration of a binding clarification on its application, teaching legal subjects to the candidates of arbitration managers.
1999-2004 – was engaged in scientific work and teaching in the Russian legal Academy of the Ministry of justice.
2000-2002 – Advisor on civil matters of the Plenipotentiary representative of President of the Russian Federation in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Participated in developing the positions presented by the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation by consideration of questions on the constitutionality of civil law.
2002-2005 – worked as assistant of the Chairman of in the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation participating in preparation of the resolutions of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court, information letters and clarifications of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court, focused on the analysis and generalization of judicial practice.
2005-2008 – was the Deputy Director of Non commercial partnership “Center for legal research and law development”, organizing the activity of specialists and experts engaged to resolve legal issues.
Since 2008 is the barrister of the Moscow board of barristers.
Has more than 30 publications (including 12 books, 9 educational programs 9 articles, translation of judicial practice of the English language) on matters of civil, arbitration and constitutional law).
