Sergey has extensive experience in civil service: in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Russian Federal Service for Financial Recovery and Bankruptcy, adviser of Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, assistant to the Chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. During his work, he was directly involved in the preparation of numerous regulations and in the formation of judicial practice. At the same time, he was actively engaged in scientific and teaching activities, working as an assistant professor at the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Russia. Since 2005, he moved to the Center for Legal Research and Development of Legislation, and since 2008 he continued his practice as an advocate of the Moscow Regional Bar Association.
He has more than 30 published works (including 12 books, 9 curricula, 9 articles, translation of judicial practice from English) on civil, arbitration and constitutional law.
Sergei graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. Lomonosov, defended his thesis on the topic "Correlation between rehabilitation and liquidation procedures in bankruptcy cases".

Sergey Andreev specializes in corporate matters, real estate transactions, civil law contracts, and has extensive experience in insolvency cases. At the same time, he provides legal support as an advocate, represents the interests of principals in courts and other organizations, in relations with contractors, consults and prepares documents, and accompanies projects.
